With this lovely 2 Story Beach House you’ll have ocean views by day and exquisite sunsets each evening. It’s a rare treat to have both ocean and bay views!

The main living area upstairs is spacious and opens to a wrap around outdoor space where you can take in the glory of Fire Island. 4 sets of Sliding doors that open to decks on both the ocean and bay bring in the ocean breezes. There is no need for AC, 2 ceiling fans keep you cool all summer.

There are 4 bedrooms and 2 full baths downstairs. There is also a full bath on the main living area.
The downstairs bedroom floor stays naturally cooler than the upstairs living area. Two of the bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning, while the other two have ocean-facing windows and fans.

WiFi and a Smart TV are provided.
