There are 3 bedrooms, all with AC, and a full bath upstairs. The main floor has a half bath. The house opens to a wrap around deck. A gorgeous weber grill and outdoor dining sets you up for great summer meals. A large tree over the deck provides shade on a hot day. The outdoor shower is a Fire Island essential.
