This charming beach house has one of the oldest historys in Fair Harbor. Built in 1929, this impeccable Arts & Crafts style house retains an inviting feel of a simpler time.

Bright white beadboard walls and hand picked antiques create a lovely setting for a beach holiday. One of the fun characteristics of this home are windows that fully recess into the frame, allowing twice as much breeze. There are ceiling fans throughout the house.
Located on the ocean block of Holly you’re a straight shot up to the beach.The close proximity to the beach makes this a very appealing rental.

A Sunny open layout offers 2 sitting areas and a round dining table that is well suited for cards and games.
New and very comfortable mattresses are on both the full and queen beds. There is also a bedroom with 2 captains beds. The walk-thru kitchen is well stocked. AC is provided in the living room and 2 of the bedrooms. The front bedroom with a queen bed has wrap around windows and a ceiling fan.

A hallway with a full bath brings you out to the back deck that is set up for grilling, dining, drinking, reading, napping and morning coffee, in any order you choose. Umbrellas provide shade for all of these activities and more!

Beach essentials are yours for the taking; beach bikes, beach chairs, umbrellas, beach towels, a wagon, an outdoor shower and (as mentioned), a gas grill.
Lovely linens and bath towels are provided, as are WiFi and TV
