The open living area has a large flat screen TV for Sports fans and movie lovers. Ceiling fans and a nice cross breeze keep this house cool all summer.
2 bedrooms and a full bath with a tub are on the first floor. The kitchen has a breakfast bar. This well stocked kitchen and a weber grill make summer cooking easy.
The washer/dryer is in the hallway near the staircase to the Primary Suite.
Up a tucked away set of stairs you’ll find a spacious Primary Suite with it’s own bathroom and balcony.

Sliding doors blend indoor and outdoor living. The wrap around deck leads to a beautiful lower deck with comfortable seating and a second dining table under a pergola. An outdoor shower has easy access back into the house.

Beach bikes, a wagon, a gas grill, outdoor furniture, beach chairs, umbrellas, beach towels and linens are provided.
