This sun-kissed, good-looking beach house is located on a quiet walk in Fair Harbor. With both West & East facing decks, you’ll have a spot in the shade or sun all day long.
Enjoy an open living space with fresh interiors and a nice kitchen with granite countertops and bar seating. Nice sized indoor and outdoor dining tables easily sit 8.
Sliding doors on the west side of the house bring in the sunlight and open to decks.

A long hallway brings you to the 3 beds and 2 baths. This beach house sleeps 7 comfortably. A deep closet off hall houses a washer/dryer
There are 2 Full baths. The Master bathroom has a tub, the other has a shower. Fresh linens and towels are included. There is a spacious outdoor shower tucked into the corner of the back deck with easy access to the house.
1 of the bedrooms can be used as an office and has a sleep loft. It has a separate sliding door entrance to the house.

There is good Wifi and a smart TV for streaming. This beach has AC throughout.

Beach bikes, a wagon, beach chairs, umbrellas, beach towels, a gas grill and outdoor shower are provided. And if it pleases you, there is a ping pong table for your entertainment.
