The main living area upstairs is spacious and open.Sliders open to outdoor space where you can take in the glory of Fire Island. There is also a nice ground level deck with both sun and shade. Lounging furniture and bright umbrellas create a comfortable space to watch the sun sparkle on the ocean. The outdoor dining table is on the west side of the wrap around deck, close to the kitchen entrance and gas grill.

On the first floor of the house, there are 4 bedrooms and 2 full baths downstairs. There is AC in the 2 North facing bedrooms. The other 2 bedrooms get the ocean breeze. There is a half bath upstairs.
