Centrally located in Fair Harbor, this appealing home is just 2nd off the bay and a straight shot up to the ocean!

The “upside down” design takes advantage of the partial bay views and off shore breezes. Perfect for summer living, decks off both the West and East side of the 2nd floor, give dining and lounging options.
The west facing deck has a dining table, a sun shade, and lounge chairs. You’ll cherish this space; the perfect spot for enjoying the serene surroundings, taking in beautiful sunsets and dining al fresco with romantic lighting. A large AC unit cools the entire floor and is a wonderful way to beat the heat.

Just off the kitchen, the Weber grill sits on the smaller east facing deck. The large kitchen is well stocked and has tons of counter space. It’s a wonderful space to cook with family and friends.

A comfortable sofa invites you to get cozy at the end of the day, maybe watch a show with the kids. There is a full bath with a tub on this floor. WiFi and a Smart TV are provided.

The first floor of the house is equipped with four bedrooms and a full bath with a mahogany shower. 3 of the bedrooms have Queen beds and the 4th bedroom has 2 sets of bunkbeds. Each bedroom has a window AC.
The door at the end of the hallway leads to a back deck with an inviting outdoor shower.
