This 4 bedroom, 2 bath beach house is primed for outdoor living. There are ocean views from the new upper deck.

Tucked into the southeastern corner of Dunewood, this private location is very appealing if you want a tranquil setting with easy beach access. An open-concept living area is bathed in natural light, courtesy of expansive windows and 2 sliding doors that open to the spacious deck.

One bathroom is accessible from the outdoor shower/deck. There is a second full bath located between 2 bedrooms. The Primary and guest bedroom have queen beds. There are 2 kid’s rooms with a bunkbed and a twin with trundle.

A new kitchen is being installed just in time for your 2024 rental.
You will have AC throughout the house, Wifi and 3 smart TVs

Knowing what is essential for a successful F.I. vacation, this house has it all.
An outdoor shower, a gas grill, outdoor dining and lounging furniture, a wagon, beach bikes, beach chairs and beach umbrellas are provided. This deck has umbrellas and a shade structure, but also sunny lounging spots to bask in the rays.
