Attractively situated on a tree lined walk, you are a short stroll the beach and nightly sunset.

With 2 stories, the living space is upstairs and the bedrooms on the first floor.

The open living space is surrounded by windows that fill the space with abundant natural light. Open windows for a cross breeze or switch on the ductless AC on those extra humid days. A comfortable seating area & flatscreen TV make for fun movie nights. A banquet at the indoor dining table allows seating for 6 and there is a half bath upstairs for convenience.
Off the living area, 2 sets of sliding doors take you out to a private deck surrounded by tree tops.The deck is furnished with a dining table and grill—perfect for relaxed summer meals outdoors

The three bedrooms and full bath at entrance level are cozy and inviting. All bedrooms have split system air-conditioning and ceiling fans. The master bedroom has a queen-sized hybrid organic mattress. The other two bedrooms have twin (2 single) beds each.

This beach house is equipped with ductless A/C, an outdoor shower, and all the essentials for a comfortable, laid-back summer stay. A gas grill, beach bikes, a wagon, beach towels, chairs and umbrellas are included.
