Located on a quiet walk, this classic Dunewood beach house features four bedrooms and three baths, including two primary suites. Wonderfully suited for summer stays and designed to accommodate families and guests with ease. Each room has a ceiling fan and AC, keeping you cool and comfortable.

A screened-in porch extends the living space. Comfortable furnishings and a good sized dining table create a lovely shaded and protected space for lazy summer days and bug free evenings.

There is a weber grill and an outdoor table on the front deck which is perfectly suited for your morning coffee.

Mature trees provide a private, wooded setting for the back deck which has an outdoor shower and lounge chairs. A wrap around deck brings you back into the screened porch which also exits to the front porch and house.
A private setting with easy access to the beach, makes the location especially desirable.

An outdoor shower, beach bikes, a wagon, beach chairs, umbrellas, beach towels and linens are provided.

Dunewood offers sailing, tennis, a beautiful bay beach and a perfect beach!
