This Saltaire beach house is loaded with charm and style. Available the first 2 weeks of both July & August, enjoy prime summer weeks in this adorable cottage!

You can enter the house through the sunny porch. Equipped with a sofa, desk and a reading library, it offers a lovely place to unwind.
The porch opens to the inviting living area that has a well stocked kitchen, and plenty of space to dine, relax, or watch a movie after dinner.
Down the hall you will find 3 bedrooms and 1 full bath. The Queen bedroom has sliders that take you out to the back deck. Another bright bedroom has 2 twin beds, the 3rd bedroom has a full bed. The bathroom is easily assessable to all the bedrooms.

On the back deck you will find the outdoor shower, a dining table, a gas grill, seating and the washer/dryer shed. There is another table, perfect for morning coffee, on the front deck. Trees surround the decks, for privacy. Both font and back decks have umbrellas.

This house has the Split system for AC in every room. Wifi and a Smart TV are provided.
Beach chairs, umbrellas, a wagon, beach bikes, beach towels and linens are also provided.
