This charming beach house could be your perfect destination – an excellent way to spend your summer days on Fire Island!

The interior is comfortable with AC throughout. The Master Bedroom has a half bath and a sliding door that opens to the deck. The other 2 bedrooms have 2 twins and a full bed. FIOS internet and Direct TV are provided. In 2026, you can expect upgrades of a new deck and new furniture.

Wrap around decks have plenty of lounge chairs and a large table for family meals.

You’ll have everything you need for the beach! This house is well stocked with beach chairs, bikes, beach towels, umbrella and a great wagon. The outdoor shower and gas grill are essentials for a FI vacation.
