This exceptional beach house was recently renovated and shines with a sharp new kitchen and 2 great looking modern baths. The large outdoor shower is big enough to fit a claw foot tub and a window in the west wall allows you to view the tree tops.

Located at the east end of Fair Harbor, you’ll have easy access to either the Dunewood or Fair Harbor ferry. Midway between bay and beach & close to the prettiest bay beach on Fire Island.

All of your beach essentials are provided; An award winning outdoor shower, gas grill, outdoor dining, beach bikes, a wagon, beach chairs, umbrellas & towels.
And as you will be spending a good deal of time outside, you’ll be pleased to know that the decks are gorgeous!
