On a quiet walk in Fair Harbor, the covered front porch is a nice spot away from the sun. The private back deck is great for hanging out and barbecues.

Indoors, there is a breakfast bar and a dining table that seats 6. The living room has amble seating a flat screen TV.
Wifi and Satellite TV are provided. AC throughout the house.

There are ceiling fans in the living room and 2 of the bedrooms, and AC in all of the bedrooms.
