The back deck has canopied seating, a good sized dining table and a fabulous outdoor shower.  A sofa and adirondack chairs on the front deck offer the best seats in the house. Attractive landscaping opens to the Great South Bay and spectacular sunsets!  The spacious screened in porch has dining for 8 or more. It also  has a comfy day bed just perfect for a rest when you need a break from the afternoon sun.

The updated kitchen has a 6 burner gas stove, a wonderful new fridge and every appliance you’d want from home. The wide island offers more counter space and bar dining. The table in the kitchen area seats 4.  The living room is bright and beachy with a comfortable sectional sofa, a flat screen TV, ceiling fans and nice cross ventilation. Satellite TV and Fios are provided. There is a full bath with a tub on the main floor. Also on the main floor are two bedrooms, 1 with a Queen, the other has a twin and an extra twin mattress.
There are 2 more bedrooms and a beautiful bath upstairs. Off the Master Bedroom is a deck that gives you panoramic bay views.  There is a table for four that is just right for cocktails.

Everything you need in a beach rental is included. Beach bikes, beach chairs, umbrellas, a wagon, an outdoor grill and an outdoor shower.The Bed configuration is;
