The decks wrap around the house giving you south, west and east exposures. The south facing deck has a shade awning that cools down the noon-day sun. The roof deck offers sparkling ocean views and a pergola for shade.

This beautifully maintained beach house has 3 bedrooms and 1 bath in the main house. The separate Master bedroom suite has a bathroom with a tub. There is an AC & ceiling fans in every room.

This house is equipped with 5 beach bikes, a wagon, beach chairs, towels and umbrellas. It has an outdoor shower, deck furnishings with a table that seats 8, and a bbq grille. There is shed under the house with a washer/dryer and an extra fridge.
