When renting in Dunewood you have access to private tennis courts, a docking marina, sailing, and the prettiest bay beach on Fire Island.

This 4 bedroom beach house has a comfortable, clean interior with beautiful new wood floors (not shown in photos), it has 2 renovated bedrooms, a renovated full bath, a new half bath and fresh paint inside and out. There is a half bath in both the Queen and King bedrooms.
For your convenience, Wifi and Satellite TV are available.

The decks are private and you can feel the ocean breezes from the roof deck. The new outdoor shower is a delight. Not pictured, is an outdoor sectional sofa, a large umbrella and new dining table and chairs.

This beach house has a new split system unit with AC in all of the rooms in the main house. The separate bedroom has a wall unit AC.

Your beach essentials are provided:  Outdoor shower, gas grill, beach bikes, wagon, beach chairs, towels and umbrella,
