This comfortable beach house is on an ocean block in Fair Harbor. Ample decks offer great outdoor space to barbecue and relax.

The large open upgraded kitchen can accommodate a good crowd. A sliding door off the kitchen opens to the back deck which makes outdoor dining a breeze. Attractive flooring and a nicely renovated bathroom are two great features of this beach house. There is a half bath with accessibility from the deck. The back deck is nicely developed for outdoor living.

AC cools the kitchen and living room.

The front bedroom has 2 twins, a ceiling fan and an AC. Another bedroom with a Queen bed opens to the back deck and has AC and a ceiling fan for comfort. The 3rd bedroom also opens to the back deck. It has a Full bed, AC and a ceiling fan. The 4th bedroom is a small child’s room with 1 twin bed and a fan.
