Thi Fair Harbor Oceanfront has breathtaking ocean views everywhere you look!

The large deck is furnished for dining and lounging, and there is even a roof deck where you can view spectacular Fire Island sunsets.

This house is style and comfort at every turn.
The main living area is upstairs, with kitchen, bar, dining area, living area,a bathroom and family room with large screen TV.
The separate family room makes a great playroom for the kids, as well as a comfortable gathering place for the entire family.

There are 4 bedrooms and 2 full baths downstairs. The Main bedroom has a Queen bed and a connected bath. It also opens onto a lower deck.
There is a quest room with a King size bed and 2 additional bedrooms with bunk beds. The other full bathroom is in the hallway between these 3 bedrooms.

The bed configuration is as follows:

BBQ Grill, an outdoor shower with a beach view, beach chairs, umbrellas, towels, wagon, bikes and linens are included. Satellite TV and high speed internet are also available.
