Our standardized operating procedures for the prerequisites prospective home buyers shall meet prior to receiving any services are as follows:

• Prospective clients shall show proper government-issued identification
• Where an exclusive agreement is in place, properties may be shown only with permission and supervision by the exclusive listing agent.  Where a listing has been given to multiple brokers, broker must confirm that the owner has appointed broker as an agent who is authorized to show the home for sale.
• Pre-approval for mortgage is recommended, but not required
